I petition congress to legislate a law called The College Tuition Flexible Savings and Spending Account Act.

I have another bill which I believe can be done on a bipartism basis with a vote from congress, the presidents signature, and a vote from the senate which is called The College Tuition Flexible Savings and Spending Account Act. Parents that have kids that want to go to college will be allowed to invest their child support fund money into their kids college tuition which is a savings account and flexible spending account for kids that want to get a degree or further their education after they graduate from high school. At age 16 kids are require by this new law to work through high school and work a summer time job by earning their own income to put into the tuition if they want to go to college and required to get all A's and B's in school. Every penny put in will be tax free cash.
