I petition congress to sign Hermain Cain's 9-9-9 plan into law in order to flaten and broaden our tax base.

I strongly prefer a tax where no one had to pay income, no business nor corporate income tax, and no capital gains tax like a ten percent national sales tax. But, I am open to any tax code that is flat, fair, simple and does not exceed more than a single payer one like Hermain Cain's 9-9-9 plan. This plan is simular to a Reagan plan like a 28-28-28 plan which was a 28 percent personal income tax, a 28 personal capital gains tax, and a 28 percent corporate tax. This plan was much higher. Hermain Cain's plan is a 9 percent corporate tax, 9 percent national sales tax, and a 9 percet personal income tax. I wanted a more simplified single payer one but even this three way one will promote a much stronger working class and lift poor people out of poverty with rising household incomes.
