I petition congress to write and vote on legislation to abolish the federal minumum wage.

I petition the whitehouse to abolish the federal minumum wage because the tenth amendment of the US constitution was written not only so the people on a state and local level can have more control of the outcome of their government like one that governs the least so the people can take more control of their own governing. State and local labor departments should take more control over their own labor laws with the approval of voters and the rest of the legislative branch on the state and local level first. The minumum wage hurts small businesses and manufactoring jobs which are the backbone of growing our private sector economy more effiecienty. It is not the role of government to decide how much employers pay but for government to get out of the way.
