I petition congress to write and vote on legislation that allows the states to legalize fracking.

The bottom line is in order to lower energy costs in America in allowing energy to be affordable for the poor and working class American we need to frack on natural gas. This petition will allow the people of the states and local communities to vote on how they wish to govern themselves on energy policy. I am not telling people how to vote because people have a choice. But, fracking is not only needed to lower energy cost for small businesses and manufactoring companies along with other more affordable energy independant jobs with more free trade. Fracking is very necessary in creating over 1000 new private sector jobs starting with small businesses and factory jobs which are the back bone in booming our economy out of suftum back to austerity!
