I petition congressman Michael Burgess to legalize street venders in everysingle town and city in Texas.

In order to keep our state and local budget balance and to pay off our national deficit is to boom our way out of this by putting more people back to work which starts with small businesses. Growing our economy locally, state wide, and nationally doesn't start with fat cats. In order to have more people contribute to society by paying taxes we need more job opportunity starting with small businesses like street venders. Local and state governments can legally charge rent on city and state property with the sales tax by safely maintaining their budgets without raising taxes. This would also generate just enough revenue to pay off our national deficit. Another way is to abolish the IRS, the federal tax, replace it with a more simplified fair tax as easy as a ten percent consumption tax.
