I petition the Federal govt. to take back 100% unequivocal ownership and control of the U.S. Currency/Federal reserve

I Adrian James Olmsted petition the Federal Government to take back 100% unequivocal Control and ownership of the Federal Reserve and the United States Monetary system. Using RICO If Crimes have been committed by the owners (which based off of the news and other streams of PUBLIC information) of the Federal reserve and they indeed fall under this jurisdiction. The ownership is rightfully the Federal Government as is the IRS. The impact of this is Astronomical!! Imagine a country that is run for the people by the people. Imagine what good will come by allowing politicians to run off merit. Imagine how much better the world will be! THIS is what the founding fathers wanted and I have been ordained by God himself to restore there values! THIS does just that!
