The Fort Hood shooter trial has turned into a circus. If Major Hassan were to be chaptered out of the Army for conduct unbecoming of an officer, he could be tried through the Texas court system. This venue has been proven as a platform that gives those accused of a crime a fair and speedy trial. Further, by having Hassan dishonoring discharge from the Army, it will put an end to the money that he is receiving from our government, and it also would give the victims of the Fort Hood shooter the justice that they deserve.
