We hereby petition the United States Government, NOT the Obama Administration, to require a state or federally issued picture identification for anyone to vote in any election held in this country on a Federal, State, County, or other local level to help prevent Election Fraud. If a party can not afford an Identification card for this purpose, I propose that DMV provide any such person with the appropriate proof of identification required to get a state or federal identification card, one for free should their income be below $15,000 per calendar year.
