Governor Rick Perry and the whitehouse need to work a bipartism agreement to cut off federal funding for corporate welefare and spend it on healthcare for womens health for mamagrams for breast cancer screenings. Instead of Rick Perry cutting off federal funding, state and local funding for womens health he should cut it off for corporate welefare because local, state and federal governments waste more of our tax dollars on corporate welefare then on healthcare for womens health as one of our individual welefare programs provided for screenings. If Rick Perry chooses not to use federal funds then raise the state sales tax or taxes on cigaretts, alcohol, coke, and candy to to generate enough of our own revenue for womens health issues.
