I petition the Obama administration to devote 19% of all government spending towards helping end world poverty

Created by D.D. on January 18, 2015

I petition the Obama administration to devote 19% of all government spending towards ending world poverty. Doing so would improve the global economy, and provide education to 121 million children in developing countries,
Feed 945 million children, provide shelter to 640 million people, clean water to 400 million children without access to clean water. The plan is for the United States to devote 19% of all spending, for example if the u.s government spends $100 towards a building, it will give $19 towards ending world poverty. This plan will be in action for a decade. The positive results for the u.s will be that doing so will create jobs and boost the world economy
