Parents are the primary problem in the educational system equation only. Any parent in violation will be incarcerated into tent-city labor detention center per adjudication period. Children will be removed from parents after the age of three yrs old to indefinitely. All children will be placed into science based only corporate boarding schools. Parents of sexual abuse, of faith-based in opposition to the sciences; any and all, of parents in any form of drug use and or alcohol abuse, of parents whereby police are ever dispatched to residence for parental domestic dispute and or violence. Education system extends into blue-collar tech and white collar college educational systems with 16 year minimal duration inducted into military or civil service job placement by choice.
