On July 13, 2012 I, Eliseo Perez, mailed to Washington, DC from El Paso, Texas video and about 100 sound recorded evidence that must be analyzed and lead to investigations. It was mailed to the following: President Barack Obama; The President’s Intelligence Oversight Board; US Attorney General, Eric Holder; and US Secretary of State, Hillary R. Clinton. It is called my compilation of evidence I presented them with by mail.
It is perhaps the only true and solid evidence of military intelligence surveillance of people chip implanted. It is true, legitimate, and beyond reproach. All that is necessary is for the evidence to be analyzed by voice print and voice recognition experts and it will be seen for what it is, true evidence that is now constitutionally useable in a court of law.
