Mr. President Barack Obama even though I am not a fan of Obamacare you cannot continue to delay the law. It is the law of the land. You need to go to congress first before you change, repeal, defund, and nullyfy any law. All you can do Mr. President is execute the laws by reading the whole entire bill, signing and VETOEING. Despite of Woodrow Wilson's unconstitutional Federal Reserve Act you cannot spend the money. You, the treasury secretretary, and chairman of the federal reserve must go to congress before minting any currecy because only congress has that constitutional authority. Only congress gets to spend the money not you because that is the rule of law called The US constitution. You must work with congress to assure government lives below its means not beyond.
