I propose that the NRA be placed on the list of terrorist organizations to prevent the destruction of our civilization.

The second amendment to the Constitution of the United States is being grossly misstated by the NSA in order to arm organizations that are hostile to our government and way of life. Armed militias, which were always know to be ineffective in the past, serve no purpose in our culture. Civilization does not require that its citizens be armed, this is the opposite of civilization.
