I propose that the Obama administration issue a refund of the wages that part time employees are losing as a result of the Obama Employer Mandate that fines employers for not providing healthcare to all employees working 30 hours or more a week.
Although the goal may be to ensure that more people are receiving healthcare, the result is actually quite the opposite. Employers are cutting hours, and hiring more employees, exploiting a loophole in the mandate. I personally don't blame them, it shouldn't be an employer's responsibility to provide healthcare, and the government needn't be concerned with how much coverage someone has.
Therefore, the Administration should include lost wages with yearly tax returns, provided there is proof of employment and wage loss, much like claiming taxes.
