I propose a plan which requires all illegal immigrants to leave the United States by Febuary 1 2014.

I hereby petition that we Outlaw being a illegal immigrant. We require all undocumented illegal aliens to leave by the year 2014. Those who fail to leave or turn themselves into authorities will be hunted down arrested and deported without trail or recourse. Those failing to yield to authorities are to be shot on sight with no more then one warning shot unless armed. The border patrol and all states national guards are to help with this. Anyone caught crossing border illegally same applies . All people on welfare or other benefits must produce proof of citizenship in form of valid picture id from state reside and social security card and last tax papers filed. The same will be required for all citizens for purpose of voting. We can save billions in benefit fraud and voter fraud this way.It
