I propose that in the case of transgendered using the bathroom with which sex they identify with should go to a vote of the people. We the people shouldn't just have to accept what some law maker tells us is right. It's not right and as far as safety, I think it's safest for all parties involved to have a separate bathroom. By making it a law that men can enter women's bathroom there will be some individuals that will take advantage of this and it endangers women and children. Or by making a male child that identifies as a female use a men's facility is also dangerous. Another option to this would be to let individual businesses decide how to handle the situation, then I may choose if I wish to do business there anymore. All government/schools should go to a vote of the people!
