We need resources, but we have not looked to the place where we have more land, the oceans. Imagine if we had wind farms offshore where the wind is always moving. Imagine if we had underwater current farms where the currents are always moving. That will provide unlimited none stop energy to power cities. Also, we need metals, oil, and other materials, if we mine underwater, these resources will be easy to get.
