If the people of America will stand up for teachers to receive a raise, more people will feel the need to become a teacher and help others to have their dream job. Everyone has a dream to become something when they grow old and a teacher is a great dream maker. So as I stand before you, I ask you to stand up for teachers. Only the people can make a difference.
