I,______, from the State of Indiana want an Article 5 Constitutional Convention to review all Supreme Court decisions.

Created by C.M. on November 15, 2012

An article 5 Constitutional Convention requires a majority of 34 states that want to send delegates to a Convention to review all Supreme Court decisions up to this point for Constitutionality and for the possible creation of Amendments to our current Constitution. I wish for the state of Indiana through this petition to recognize the need to send two delegates from our state to a constitutional convention. I nominate our current Governor and Lt. Governor to attend and I pray that the other states stop talking of secession and realize we want to be together and that there is a legal way to stay together while showing our dissatisfaction with the federal levels of our government. Remember that at this type of convention no one in a Federal seat may attend as a delegate.
