This letter is submitted to ask for the international communities take an action for the war happening in ethnic areas but most specifically Kachin State right now. Shamelessly, the Burmese new government has been announced that Myanmar is in changing process to democracy but in depth, ethnic areas are still in war in any kind that being oppressed. We need your help in step toward to our right to decide for our own deed. Innocent people are dying everyday and ten of thousand of internal displaced persons are increased. We need help. Right now.
