I submit that the United States end "Black History Month" observations. This does nothing but stir racism and singles out a specific race of people in a country that is full of diverse cultures from around the world. There is no observation for all of the Chinese immigrants whose lives were lost building the railroads that stretch from coast to coast. No observations are in place for the Europeans upon whose backs this great country was built. This country is built on equality between all people. Such is not proven by singly out one particular race for their individual sacrifices and losses during our country's history.
