request that the federal government, dept of treasury, create a national lottery. have it once a quarter with all net proceeds going to help solve the national debt. i know that here will be polioticans filling their pockets along the way but do feel that americans will probably spend fairly freely here while they would rebel against a tax increase. we need to pay down our debt.
