This Public/private and governmental cooperation establishes a balanced approach to the integration of education and jobs through ones’ life time and ultimately does away with class society and the tyranny it fosters and helps bring about our Public liberty and justice for all.
This is not a socialistic concept but, rather, the democratic extension of republican democracy where we all, as the awakened Public, have a voice in governance, education and economy, rather than a select few who often oppose the will of the majority for nefarious tyrannical purposes.
It is an idea of equality and purpose and awakening for which the departments of the university are made by and composed of you and any existing universities, government agencies, private and public businesses and the world.
