I urge president, Obama, to issue proclamation that would serve some justice to the victims of Khojaly massacre.

Created by N.G. on February 08, 2013

I was but a child when Khojaly massacre took place in my home country. Since we have had an ongoing war and multiple victims (civilians among them) one might think people would become numb. The brutality and inhumanity that marked Khojaly massacre is beyond description. The village has been surrounded by Russian and Armenian troops so that no one could escape and thousands of people (unarmed, children, elderly) have been deliberately executed (raped, dismembered, set on fire), executions worthy of Spanish inquisition. There is no possible way to do any justice to the memory of those who lost their lives in this massacre all we can do is commemorate them and implore to the president, Obama, president of the country that promotes liberty to support the voters and do some justice.
