My Name is kashif Shafique Resident of Muzaffarabad AJK, my concern is regarding funding to Pakistan Government for Reconstruction of 2005 Earthquake effected areas. Million dollars has been raised and issued to Pakistan Government but still Muzaffarabad city is same as not construction work has been done even not stream line at any channel. Peoples are suffering in worst condition as it was before earthquake, does there is any audit policy, where donation went, where is the infrastructure, local authorities HR cost took 70% of funds without any results. I will be really great full if there will be any answers from any one?
