Another solution to reduce our state deficit in Texas from 250 billion dollars to a surplus, balance our budget, pay off the state debt, invest in more education, infrostructure, and raise enough money on our own to fund the good and services of our state firefighter and policeman is to find something else to tax just like casino gambling and that is medical marrianna. Just like alchohol control it, regulate it, and tax it. Local and state governments spend most of the state budget criminating people for pocession of medical marrianna for those who are sick. We should be leaving those sick people alone and treat them like patients. We should only arrest people for endangerment and theft and invest in education and infrostruction not making marrianna a criminal issue but a health issue.
