I want to petion the president to start an organization for people who cant aford an attorney

Hello my name is Darrick arnold i want to pettion the president to start an small organization for people who cant afford an attorney when needed they have legal aid,but you have to qualify an i was told they can only give me advice i have 4 kids i havent seen in 5 years, an i paying childsupport for them.an some of the females thinks they can take advantage of the males that are willing to take care of there kids by saying you cant see them, an the fathers are the ones thats paying taxes an supporting them but the courts does not take that inconsideraton an some of the judges are very rude an nasty to the males when its the females, an the courts would rather give the child to an abusive mother than the father who is stable some males wants to express that but you need a lawyer for that,
