Ok so everyone is nuts about welfare check people ect.... the abusers of the system is actually the ones most are actually complaining Ok this sounds easy enough to a common person like me. they want a check or free ride ect... put them to work doing community service or something that will benefit the area they live The people getting aid should be willing to do some sort of service to get paid a check or benefits, excuses there is none., you have a group babysit so the others can go pick up trash deliver meals on wheels check up on elderly ect. the list is amazing on things that could benefit everyone. Sure you would have to have people to watch over & help make a welfare system work better.
