I am a U.S. citizen I deserves to be treated Equal. I was denied my Due Process of Law Rights, a guarantee of the Constitution; Fifth Amendment.

I served 17 years of "illegal custody" in the Federal Bureau of Prison because I could not produce names of drug dealers dealing drugs crossing state lines, for the Government. In 1999 I was sentenced to 292 months imprisonment, under the sentecing guidelines in the EasternDistrict of Texas Lufkin Division, on a trumped up drug charge of possession of a controlled***Without the Entry of a Plea of Guilty or having an Actual Trial. Inever filed a Direct Appeal. (I had just served a 5 year probation term for the State of Texas, from June 29, 1992 till June 29, 1997, for the same charge; I was discharged "DEFERRED ADJUDICATION."
