i was informer in case of saddam (former president IRAQ) 14thaugust2009obama asked my address issue reward but not yet y

i was informer in case of saddam hussain(former president of iraq).due to my information saddam was caught.governament of america announced reward against saddam.in 2009 i wrote one letter to mr Obama in which i requested for the reward.on 14 th august 2009 mr Obama asked my address to issue reward.accordingly i sent my address several times.no response from him.hence this message.please help me needful in the above issue
