if you look under Article 11 you will see that it read; “presumed innocent until proven guilty according to law”. Will our court systems have fail our society in the past 200 years? The Police, Sheriff & Court System need to get rid of these sentences: “By reasonable doubt & by circumstantial evidence”. These sentences are use even if he or she is innocent or guilty of a crime. I believe that the court systems should and always be responsible to search both partly to(do a background check)to see if Defendant & Plaintiff are telling the truth or not. This would cut down out over crowding in our prison’s.
