I would like to change the tax on millionaires

I am supposed to be tax exempt because I am a Holocaust victims great grandson, I was left everything including to have a name change and I can sign any name I would chose because I have that right, I would like to have my education match what damage other people have done to me. I have PTSD from childhood would explain my speeding tickets and me jay walking, I would like FBI DC to see all the damage they have been causing me I have been doing forescenic I'm being forced to snipes which is other peoples cigarrettes research regarding someone bothering me in my tube; which is completely illegal I would like charges brought against all involved and sent to outter space or executed by Authority of the Crowned Prince William, and any other government agencies help in getting me out
