I would like to create for the American People a holiday a National Day of "Random Acts of Kindness"

I would like this administration to create a National Day of Random Acts of Kindness where nieghbors get to know one another people stop and take a minute to help the homeless the less fortunate the poor and the weak where students would go and visit the elderly in nursing homes and attention is brought to issues such as this that we should take a minute to think of those less fortunate those in nursing homes the forgotten Where people would take a national Day to engage in a Random Act of Kindness for someone a stranger on the street . Where children would learn the the rewards for helping thier fellow man threw a Random Act of Kindness.
