i would like get a scholarship

Good afternoon Mr. President.
my name is Julia Nolasco. I'm from Mexico. Im 17. I'm student. I have a petition.
I know than Americans don't want to Mexicans in your country...But i would like to studying there.
I live with my mom and we have a little shop. but she's sick it's not serious. but i would like to take her to the doctor.i would like to go there and studying in the university or working there. I can do anything, but i would like get a scholarship. I'm studying Language Please Mr. President can you help me?
