I would like to have the law reguarding leash laws for cats to be stopped.

I think it is foolish to have a law stating that pet cats can not go outside without being on a leash or kept in pens. I rule areas cats are good for controlling rodents, however In our area, our pets are treated like strays when they get outside animal control captures them and destroys them, neighbors are against neighbor on this issue. I am a very responsible cat owner all mine are fixed have shots and tags, however they can't step outside on a one acre yard. This is crazy but in Walton County Ga. I have no rights as a cat owner as long as this law is in place. Please change this law. thank you.
