I would like to petition Congress to put forth a constitutional amendment for special elections to control for tampering

Russia's influence in this election both through covert and secretive means as well as suspected influence in Donald Trump's campaign team and his and his cabinets personal connections to Russia are concerning. Russia's recently unveiled efforts to not just degrade but I fluency with purpose, our election, must be viewed as a potential rigging by a foreign power of our electoral process. We must create a process for a special election to take place to continue our untainted democracy, in order for our democratice process to clear away any doubt.
