I would like the President to sign an executive order directing the NSA's resources to help stop telemarketing scammers.

The NSA has all the tools and people it needs to stop scammers calling from within and without the country in their tracks. This would do a lot of good for the public. This would help the public by stopping them from having their money stolen from them. Instead of having telephone numbers spoofed all the time, the NSA could simply redirect these telephone number spoofers to the null bit bucket, or better yet, have all the money from the scammer's accounts transferred to the US Treasury.
