The term limits would start during the next round of elections and would be imposed upon those individuals at the end of their current term.
1. The office of the President would not be changed but would henceforth be limited to non-consecutive terms. The President would remain in office for his full term and not be allowed to participate in the election campaign of and individual running for his office or any other.
2. The office of Senate would be allowed 2 non-consecutive terms and not be allowed to participate in the election campaign of and individual running for his office or any other.
3. The office of Congressman would be allowed 2 non-consecutive terms and not be allowed to participate in the election campaign of and individual running for his office or any other.
