I would like to start a petition to bar the US government from giving away any arms to foreign "jihadist" combatants

The US government has no business providing arms to foreign "freedom fighters" in any country, especially since the current administration is trying their hardest to disarm the American people through the UN gun ban which was just agreed to by John Kerry. Meanwhile the President and Eric Holder feel it is fine to arm the Mexican drug cartels with AR-15 weapons and even more powerful weapons with no plan in mind to track such weapons which was pointless to begin with and has lead to the death of several Mexican and US personnel abroad. The administration needs to follow the constitution, including the 2nd amendment and stop trying to use backdoor policies to walk all over the constitution and infringe on our rights, including our 2nd ammendment rights, and our 4th and 5th ammendment right
