The Wounded Warror Act employs our returning Wounded Warriors in the Home Energy Score program (see www.homeenergyscore.gov), creates jobs in manufacturing and energy efficiency, reduces mortgage interest rates on homes through FNMA & FHLMC upon energy efficient upgrades on homes, and creates immediate economic benefits for our country nationwide - all while supporting and employing the Wounded Warriors coming home.
The Wounded Warrior Act allows an interest rate reduction modification for homeowners that complete energy upgrades, and also allows for a tax credit for homeowners who complete home energy upgrades.
