ID Badge for all

A badge similar to the drivers licence has to be issued for all persons in the USA this way to go into a store you must have this card with a Picture ID on it and also a bank account with a proper Social security card number this way it will stop immigrants from buying goods such as food and to be able to work
This card is used for everything so if you need to buy anything this card is swiped and a record noted and if you steal anything this card is then blocked for a certain shop of time
This has to be done asap and it will stop people working and buying food
All travellers to the USA will be given a card for the time they are in the uSA and this will cost $10 per family and will create money for thieving politicians
