Require all federal Agencies, Departments, or Bureaus to identify any support, direct or indirect, for straw purchases of firearms. Initial reporting for involvement since 2008 must be completed within 30 days. Additional identification of involvement since 1994 must be completed within 90 days of signature of Presidential directive.
Require any future involvement of a Federal entity with the direct or indirect support of Straw Purchases of firearms to brief the NSC prior to the purchase occurring.
