STD's are becoming a more and more dangerous issue that affects more than 1 out of 5 Americans having at least one type; yet no one is doing anything about it. There should be a system in place to identify people that have and don't have STD's and create a profile to help track others that have dorment symptoms. To do this the government (or another private organization) should be established to test, track and eradicate STD's in our country, which could establish a world-wide precedent. Individuals without STD's could receive smart cards known as "Clean Card I.D." which would show the date of last test, picture as well as other information.
