We, the undersigned,
-Recognize that the "Magnitsky Act" will normalize trade relations with Russia, benefiting both countries;
-Are outraged that the main intention of the act is to punish Russian officials, innocent until proven guilty, and that these persons are having their rights stripped of them;
-Recognize that the "Dima Yakovlev Law" is necessary response to such outrageous legislature. and will protect the lives of orphaned children;
-Urge this administration to identify the U.S. law makers jeopardizing relations with Russia and opposing the "Dima Yakovlev Law", and identify necessary discipline.
