identify/encourage employers that have excellent employees and customers satisfaction levels - to improve happiness

Identifying and rewarding companies or employers that have very good to excellent employees and customers satisfaction/ happiness index will create good examples for other companies. It will in turn help in having more happy families, more innovative ideas from happy people and improved productivity. Many companies are involved in just money making exercises and grossly ignore basic human values like happiness of their workforce. Rewards in terms of special tax rates and national recognition may be considered or worst performing employers may be penalized in some way. In my opinion happy workforce will contribute much better to economy and innovation.
