If 6 months pass and congress doesn't pass a single bill within that time, that congress shall lose 50% of their pay for the duration of their term in their respective congress or senate position.
((Why should congressmen get hundreds and thousands of dollars to sit on their behinds. If congress doesn't do their job, which is to negotiate and pass bills, they should be docked.
If a garbageman does a bad job picking up trash he may get his pay docked or be fired. If a police officer fails to keep the town safe by arresting potential felons, his pay and or job go out the window.
Leading by example is the best way to lead and I think our congressmen need to become leaders like our garbage men.))
