In america we have fast cars, motorcycles and other means of transportation, but due to ridiculous speed limits we are never able to legally go as fast as our vehicles are capable of achieving.....If safety is a big factor, then for starters; you could limit what vehicles can drive on this freeway. For example, no eighteen wheelers.
