If the age to collect Social Security is increased to 70 years old, employers must be required to hire over age 50.

Created by D.W. on February 06, 2013

Job applicants who are elderly and near-elderly are presently being discriminated against in the job market. This group has a lot to offer employers and younger employees. If Congress increases the age to collect the full amount of social security to 70, there needs to be a requirement for employers to hire applicants over the age of 50 as a matter of affirmative action. Failure to do so will give the applicants the automatic right without their state's Human Rights Commission giving them the right to sue. Furthermore, if the applicant wins, the employer MAY NOT appeal. If the employer wins, the applicant may appeal. This needs to be an executive order and enforced absolutely.
