Posse Comitatus Act needs to be enforced. Police forces both federally and locally are armed equally to that of the military. If the police need heavy weapons to defend themselves than ordinary citizens should have access to them as well. Ensure any and all bans on firearms are applied to all citizens including para-military organizations such as the FBI, DEA, and various state S.W.A.T teams. Note this should not apply to targets for enemy's of state, the capitol police and secret service should continue to utilize all tools necessary for the protection of our leaders but police breaking into homes with military weapons to combat a guy with a shotgun should not be happening. Ban usage of tear gas and flash grenades and outlaw forcible breaching of suspect homes except during hostage crises
